Median values from the 95th percentile of session samples, last 30 days. Media latency is dominated by the participants' own access networks, not by the relay.
Operations
Maintenance
Tuesdays 02:00–04:00 CET. Anything disruptive is announced to participants 48 hours ahead. The relay drains connections before restarting.
Monitoring
Availability is probed every 15 minutes from several European and Russian consumer networks, plus a local self-check. Results feed the internal operations console, which is not publicly reachable.
Incidents
If you experience packet loss toward this address, send the time window and your public IP to ops@irdm.io — we keep per-minute counters and can tell whether the loss was ours.
Peering & abuse policy
We peer on the Amsterdam internet exchanges and accept settlement-free peering with networks that carry at least 10 Gbit/s and operate an abuse desk. There is no paid transit resale and no open relay: this node serves participants of our own sessions only.
Abuse reports about 5.255.102.41 are answered within one business day.
Because payload is encrypted end to end, we can confirm or deny traffic patterns and connection
metadata, but not content — please include timestamps and ports, not just a screenshot.
